Strategic Planning
Process

On
November 22, 2011, the School Board of Brevard County approved the
newest Strategic Plan. The Plan’s goals are designed to achieve the
next level of excellence in the education of our students. This
plan was developed with broad community and staff input using
multiple methods that included one-on-one conversations, focus
groups, Board meetings, and online input and survey options.
Four
specific operational expectations are identified in our Strategic
Plan.
We
believe that these four areas of focus can guide our efforts
over
the next year and beyond
as we work together to achieve educational excellence for each
student, every day, across the entire district.
